I highly recommend BabySafeHome to all my patients, and anyone who has a child. Not only is BabySafeHome convenient and efficient (they completed my house while I went out to breakfast), they provide a life-saving service. They are experts in babyproofing- so they find hazards in your home whilch you may not even think about. I am a Pediatrician, and even I would have missed some of the baby-proofing which they did. The quality of their products are also superior to many products found in the stores.

Many people put-off baby proofing because they do not have the time- there is absolutely no excuse for that. I have taken care of patients who have their babies fall down stairs, choke on door stoppers, and pull down furniture onto themselves. This can be prevented. And the service is very affordable- the only additional cost versus doing it yopurself is the labor cost (the cost of all products is the same as buying them at the store). It would have cost me more to repair all the damage I would have done to my cabinets and walls!

Also, I couldn't believe how quick everything was finished- within a few days of speaking with you, you came out and installed everything in just 2 hours! Our stair gates look and work great! My last experience in gate installation when I did it myself at our previous home was a nightmare- multiple trips to different stores, frustrating hours spent putting up and taking down gates that didn't work, holes in the wall...well you get the picture. Hi Robert,
I have something to tell you that...well, it.s not very funny but definitely interesting. Remember that you called me after you left my house to tell me that you forgot to tell me that we had a gas leak under the stove. Well, I forgot to call SDG&E until today and the only thing that reminded me was the CO Alarm you installed upstairs in the hallway. The alarm sounded at 4 a.m. and we shut the darn thing off and went back to sleep until the a.m. It was bothering me when I woke up and couldn't really stop thinking about it in my sleep b/c you had mentioned the leak by the stove and I had forgotten. I thought for certain that was the leak and now...we were in serious trouble. To make a long story short, SDG&E came out this a.m. and were looking at all the possible causes for the alarm to sound. The guy started in the kitchen and completely missed the leak under the stove until I pointed it out to him. I couldn't believe it, he waved his wand (the measuring tool) under an area under the stove and closed the cabinet until I mentioned that you definitely mentioned that you had found a leak there in that very area. He went back and found it and managed to adjust the gas and fix it but he would have let it go otherwise. Thanks for coming through!

The real major leak was the furnace in our upstairs attic which was set off by the CO Alarm so, thanks a ton. We most definitely wouldn't have noticed it otherwise so you saved us... G-d only knows what kind of damage.

He was very honest and didn't pressure us to buy or install anything we didn't feel we needed to. Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt so overwhelmed by the process of babyproofing I procrastinated until my 8 month old was on the go. Within a few short days of my initial call Robert came out, gave me the guidance I needed, and proofed my entire house with top of the line products all within a 2 1/2 hour period. Thank you for supplying us with only what we needed. Another company who gave us a "free" estimate was pushy and tried to oversell us. Then they said it would be two to three weeks before they could come back and do the installation. Robert was extremely professional, courteous and profoundly believes in his work.

Since Robert installed all of our baby proofing gadgets, my husband and I have been able to relax knowing that the harmful kitchenware and personal items are now locked away. Three years later, my son rarely goes to open those cabinets. He now understands that they are locked away for safety reasons.

I was hesitant to hire someone to childproof my home especially after we received an estimate from another company. They wanted to sell us everything. When we spoke with Robert on the phone, he sounded so reasonable that we had him come out to the house. We showed him the competitors estimate and he eliminated about 40% right off the bat. He explained many of the products that were recommended by the other company that were either not necessary or overkill. Robert completed the work that day in about 4 hours for almost half the price of the original estimate. I am sure glad we found your company.

Hi, there... I bought a couple of gates and extensions from you back in November. Just wanted to let you know that they have paid for themselves MANY TIMES OVER!! We rented a VERY small, but charming WITH A BACK YARD place in Dana Point. I bought the gates to place at the front door so we can get cross ventilation from ocean breezes without worrying about our dog going out the front door. We use them ALL DAY EVERY DAY!! WOW! What service. When you told me you offered same day installation, I was thrilled but skeptical. Once Baby Safe Home got to my house, they did a thorough inspection and recommended only the items I needed. One company tried to scare me into buying products and smelled like a tobacco factory. Another company barely did an inspection and only wanted to install the basics. Baby Safe Home had the perfect balance of safety and sanity. They were even nice enough to ask if the baby was going down for a nap so they could work around her schedule. They babyproofed Sara's room first so I could put her down at nap time. The work was completed within three hours and they left my home as clean as they found it. All the products are better quality than we could find in any store and are easy to use.
